I Can't Believe My Sweetheart is 5

Lynen turned 5 on January 4th. I really don't know where the time has gone. I was rocking her to sleep just yesterday. For some reason, I thought I would have 1 and 2 year olds forever. I don't know how I let them grow up without me realizing it.

We celebrated by getting a hotel room at Embassy Suites because they have an indoor pool, and one of her favorite things to do is swim. We had a lot of fun. The hotel staff gave her a card that they all signed, and they sent room service up to give her chocolate cake with whip cream and strawberries. The next day, my parents came over and took Lynen out to eat. One of her presents was a pink princess bible. She is so cute because she asks us 3 times a day to read the bible to her.
