Lynen wanted to have a store on our patio. I let her do it thinking she was going to have pretend food and pretend money. Apparently she wanted to raid my fridge and sell all of the groceries I just bought. So, we compromised on letting her sell the gross cereal bars we had in the pantry and some fruit snacks. She called it Lynen's Cafe, and she had quite a few customers. I think it is cute/funny how she decorated her table; with rocks she got at the dollar store that she calls "jewels", and a leaf in her cash register. Eventually she put a picture of her and her dad on the table, too. She pretty much did it all on her own. I only helped with change. It was pretty cute!
