So I made chicken enchiladas, and I served one on an upside down paper plate. Either I need sleep, or a small vacation.....possibly both :)

I can relate - I once tried to put Em's shirt on Jonathan. But the worse part was he was already dressed & it took me longer than it should have to realize what I was doing. Both kids were looking at me like I was crazy. Funny stuff!
Look, in as much as it is an enchilada, I´ll take it even in a napkin, alright? :)
